1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HTMLPeek at htmlpeek.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
2. Description of Service
HTMLPeek is an online tool that allows users to write, preview, and share HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code via shareable links. Features include live preview rendering, password-protected share links, revision history, team workspaces, and a side-by-side design comparison tool.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and remove content that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
5. Content Ownership & License
5.1 Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to the HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code you create or upload ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant HTMLPeek a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display Your Content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service to you.
5.2 Public Share Links
When you publish a share link without password protection, you are making that content accessible to anyone with the link. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to share that content. HTMLPeek does not actively monitor or index published content.
5.3 No Reverse Engineering
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the HTMLPeek platform.
6. Privacy

7. Service Availability & Limits
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee 100% uptime.
- Anonymous users (no account) are subject to stricter rate limits (5 share links per day per IP address).
- Registered users may create up to 100 share links per day.
- Projects are limited to 50 revisions each.
- Content size limits apply per field (HTML, CSS, JS) and are configurable by administrators.
